Ahh diary times.

Just been reading through my diary from when I went to Moldova. With such gems as,

"We had doughnuts for pudding & I have been in a good mood ever since!"

and

"We did our dreadful drama in the service today. Hopefully the congregation didn't notice."

and

"I'll try to update this quickly, it's difficult though as Bithia is standing behind me with a threateningly large roll of sellotape."

How did I not consider publication earlier??*

In other news, I've been editing together a video of Moldova stuff. It'll probably be finished before long & hopefully I'll be uploading by tomorrow :)

Maybe not though. Don't freak out if I get lazy.

Well, I'm back.

Not sure how to update you.

I'm very different now.

(okay, not that different)

A very very long journey awaits.

The most painful part of my preparations for this trip so far was not the four injections, or the long hours shopping. It was setting my alarm to 3:30am just now.

Ouuch.

Either way, I will pray, you will be wise

Wearing a headscarf. This is ridiculous.

I can't leave the house looking like this! lol! It's sooo weird.

I'm sure I'll get used to it, but still!

I think the way that I'm wearing it right now is how Muslim girls usually wear headscarves, but there may well be a different way for Orthodox girls.

I found some ideas for Jewish girls but I've yet to manage one which doesn't look terrible on my head. Maybe I need practise?

Apparently it's pretty rare for unmarried women to wear these anyway so hopefully I won't have to worry about this too often.

That said, this could be mighty useful when my hair starts getting greasy? Hmmm.

If anyone knows any specific headscarf do's and don't's, please let me know. I'm likely to get this wrong.

2 weeks to go, boys and girls!

Two of my favourite televisual shows are on on Thursdays. Mock the Week, and Snog Marry Avoid.

This makes me sad, because Thursday is food shopping day, so I'll have to miss them (well, watch on BBC iPlayer, anyway)

I'm starting to build up stocks for Mould-Over though, so I have to go. I'm trying to sneakily get as many sweets as possible. Okay, so far I just have a bag of dolly-mix, but I'm working on it. I'm going to need all the sweets I can fit in my little rucksack to get me through these tough eleven weeks.

Two things I forgot to mention:

1) I accidentally deleted all the music off my computer & have since been working my face off to get the majority of it back. This makes me sad.

2) I gots a hair cut for Mole Dover. It's kinda short considering that this is mee. I likes it though :)

So I know what you're thinking..

And I know this. It is true. However, I have devised a sneaky sneak plan.

Today while baking a cake I was listening to my 3 hour Disney album (don't judge me) - and it came to me!

I need to become one of these ladies:


For nobody looks better in long skirts than the Disney girls.

I just need to find some sort of magical storyline/gullible prince/Fairy Godmother and I shall be sorted!
